How do I add an Administrator to Secure Transfer?
Answer
In the Secure Transfer Administration under [Account] - [User Management], change the permissions of the relevant user you want to add as an administrator from a general user to an administrator.

If the relevant user is not displayed in [User Management], the user to be added must log in to Secure Transfer in advance.
