Question
Please tell me what happens if a file containing a virus is uploaded in Secure Transfer.
Answer
If you send a file containing a virus, after the virus scan is performed, a warning icon and message indicating that a virus was detected will be displayed in the transfer history menu.
The file upload will succeed, but when you click the URL, a screen such as "No files available for display" will appear, and you will not be able to download files in which viruses were detected.
Additional Information
In Secure Transfer, the virus file blocking feature is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
If a virus check performed on the sender's device does not detect any issues, you can skip the virus check by uploading the file as an encrypted ZIP file (ZIP file with a password).
If you are in a hurry, please use this method to upload and send your files.
