Purpose
- This article explains the configuration items and how to change them for the Access Control login screen.

- Global administrator privileges for Access Control are required to view the actual screens or make configuration changes.
- For instructions on how to access the Administration, please refer to the following article.
[Access Control] Log in to the Administration - The configuration values in this article are set per tenant and cannot be configured differently for individual users.
Procedure
1. In the Access Control Administration, go to the left menu and select [System] - [Domain Settings].
2. In the [Domain Settings] - [Login] tab, change the desired settings and click [Save Changes] at the top right of the screen.
Items (Authentication Screen Settings)
Authentication Methods Configuration
1. Select one of the three authentication methods to display on the Access Control login screen.
Username / Password
Device Certificate
Both (Username / Password or Device Certificate)
* The access conditions (such as IP control, Device Certificate, one-time password, etc.) checked during user login authentication depend on the configuration of the Access Policy Groups to which the login user belongs.
* It is recommended to select the value for this setting item based on the access control settings within the Access Policy Groups you use.

Appearance
1. Configure the page title displayed in the browser tab, etc.
* You can set any string up to 256 characters.
2. Configure whether to display the [Remember this login] checkbox on the Access Control login screen.
Enabled (toggle button is blue): Displays the [Remember this login] checkbox.
Disabled (toggle button is gray): Hides the [Remember this login] checkbox.
* The [Remember this login] feature is not available for tenant certificates.

3. Configure whether to ignore the domain part after @ in the value entered by the user in the [Username] field on the login screen.
Enabled (toggle button is blue):
Login authentication will be performed using the value entered in [Username] with the domain part after @ ignored.
Example: If the user enters user@example.com in [Username], the system will authenticate using "user".
Disabled (toggle button is gray):
Login authentication will be performed using the value entered in [Username] as is.
4. Configure the logo to be displayed on the Access Control login screen.
* For optimal display, upload an image file with a height × width of 150 pixels × 450 pixels or less.
* If you upload a file that exceeds these dimensions, the system will automatically resize it.
* Only image files up to 100 KB in size can be uploaded.
* It may take up to 10 minutes for the updated logo image to be reflected on the login screen.
Others
This section describes the configuration for lockout when a user enters an incorrect password.
1. Allowed failed logins
Set the number of failed login attempts (from 1 to 99) that will trigger a user lockout.
2. Lockout duration
Set the lockout duration (from 1 to 5,000,000,000 seconds) when a user is locked out.
If left blank, lockout will not be triggered.
3. Logout page URL
This is the URL to which users are redirected after logging out of Access Control.
If left blank, users will not be redirected and the following screen will be displayed.
