This article is intended for admins who perform the initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Secure Browser.
Purpose
This article explains the global settings for using HENNGE Secure Browser and how to modify these settings.

2. To view the actual screens or modify settings, HENNGE Access Control global admin privileges are required.

4. The settings described in this article are configured per tenant and cannot be set individually for each user.
Explanation of Settings
Settings that apply to HENNGE Secure Browser as a whole can be found in the HENNGE Access Control Administration left menu under [ System ] - [ Domain Settings ] - [ Secure Browser Settings ].
Automatically accept device authentication requests
Automatically authorizes device authentication requests from users.
Note that this value can be overridden by each Access Policy Group's settings.

Create a New Access Policy Group (Modern View)
Enabled (toggle button is blue): Automatically authorizes use from devices that have applied to use HENNGE Secure Browser.
Disabled (toggle button is gray): Does not automatically authorize device requests to use HENNGE Secure Browser.
If a user submits a request, please follow the procedure below.

Device authentication notification email
The recipient address for notification emails sent when a device authentication request for HENNGE Secure Browser is received from a user's device.
If left blank, notification emails will not be sent.
If Automatically accept device authentication requests is enabled, the authentication result will be notified.
Microsoft Entra tenant IDs for push notification
When using the unread notification feature of HENNGE Secure Browser with Microsoft 365, permission settings are configured via Admin Consent.

User Access Preferences
Configure whether users are allowed to access the Secure Browser settings screen from the HENNGE One portal.
You can select one of the following access permission settings:
Always allow: Always authorizes access. Cannot be edited per Access Policy Group.
Follow access policy group: Can be configured for each Access Policy Group.
Never allow: Does not authorize access. Cannot be edited per Access Policy Group.
Procedure for Changing Settings
1. In the HENNGE Access Control Administration, go to [ System ] - [ Domain Settings ] - [ Secure Browser Settings ] and click the [ Save Changes ] button on the right to apply changes to each setting.
