Access Control Other Settings

Target

  • Administrators of HENNGE Access Control

Purpose

  • This article explains the settings and how to change them in the HENNGE Access Control Administration screen [System] - [Domain Settings] - [Others].

Notes

  1. This article is based on product specifications as of November 2024 and may be subject to change without notice thereafter.
  2. You need administrator privileges for HENNGE Access Control to confirm actual screen settings and make changes.

Procedure

1. Access [System] - [Domain Settings] - [Others] from the left menu of the HENNGE Access Control Administration screen.

2. Set each value and click the [Change] button in the upper right.

Items (Entrance Pass (Cookies))

Name Description Notes
Entrance Pass Issuance Conditions

Conditions for issuing an entrance pass
・Always allow: Issue an entrance pass to the browser when authentication is successful in HENNGE Access Control
・Issue under the following conditions: Issue an entrance pass to the browser when authentication is successful under specified access conditions (select conditions from the Access Policy template)
・Never allow: Do not issue an entrance pass under any conditions

Entrance Pass Expiration

Expiration period of the entrance pass
1 - 400 days

The expiration period of the entrance pass is reset each time you log in.

Example: If you set the entrance pass expiration to 90 days
If you log in under conditions that meet the entrance pass issuance conditions 30 days after the entrance pass is issued, a valid entrance pass will be set in the browser again for 90 days from that login.

Button to invalidate issued entrance passes in bulk

 ※ It is not possible to invalidate only some entrance passes.

Items (Language and Time Zone)

Name Description Notes
Time Zone Time zone setting used when there is no specific specification within the tenant Example: Used in notifications for device authentication in HENNGE Secure Browser.
Language Language setting used when there is no specific specification within the tenant Example: Used in notifications for device authentication in HENNGE Secure Browser.
※ The display language on the HENNGE Access Control screen depends on the browser settings.

Items (Others)

Name Description Notes
License Type

Type of license applied to the tenant

One of the following two types will be displayed:

  • HENNGE One
  • HENNGE One for Education
OTP Issuer Name Value displayed in the application where OTP issuance is configured (up to 20 characters)

Default value: HENNGE
