This article explains how to create and edit Secure Download Policies in Email DLP.

You must create the target Address Groups and Secure Download Types in advance.

Procedure

Create or Edit Secure Download Policy Individually

In the Email DLP administration, go to the left menu and select [Attachment Settings] - [Secure Download Policies].

To Create New

Click [+ Create] at the top right of the screen.
Select the method to create.

To Edit

Select the tab for the target Secure Download Type, then click the setting icon for the Secure Download Type you want to edit.
* The System Default created by default is a Secure Download Type that is automatically used when there is no matching policy.
* System Default cannot be edited or deleted.

Enter Each Item

Enter each item, then click [Create] or [Apply] at the bottom right.

Bulk Create or Edit Secure Download Policies

Create import data (configuration data) for Secure Download Policies and import it.

Items (Secure Download Policy)

Name		Description	Notes
Priority		Policy priority	Enter a value between 1 and 99,999 for the policy priority. The smaller the value, the higher the priority.
Secure Download Type		Select whether to send with Secure Download	If you select [Send with Secure Download], choose the Secure Download Type to apply. * Secure Download Types must be created in advance. For instructions, see Attachment Settings - Creating and Editing Secure Download Types. *If [Send with Secure Download] is not selected, attachments will be sent unmodified.
Condition to apply policy	Sender	Email sender	・[Any sender] Targets emails sent by any sender. ・[Specific group] Targets emails sent by the selected Address Group. This is the envelope From address, not the header From address. * If you use Address Groups as a condition, you must create them in advance. For instructions, see Creating Address Groups.
Condition to apply policy	Recipient	Email recipient	・[Any recipient] All recipients are subject to the policy. ・[Specific group] Targets emails where the selected Address Group is the recipient. This is the envelope To address, not the header To/Cc address. * If you use Address Groups as a condition, you must create them in advance. For instructions, see Creating Address Groups.
