Purpose
- This document explains how to create/edit address groups in Email DLP.

- Administrator privileges for Email DLP are required to verify actual screens and change settings.

Procedure

Access [Address Settings] - [Address Group] from the left menu of the administration console.

Open the screen to create a new group or edit an existing one.
When Creating a New Group
Click [Create] at the top right of the screen, select [Address Group] from the displayed group types, and click [Next].
When Editing an Existing Group
Click the settings button for the group you want to edit.

Enter each item and click [Add].
※ You can specify email addresses, domains (after the @ mark), and top-level domains. (Judged by exact match)
Example:- Email Address: "user@example.co.jp"
- Domain (after the @ mark): "@example.co.jp", "@sub.example.co.jp"
- Subdomain: ".example.co.jp"
- Top-level domain: ".jp", ".co.jp"
The following characters can be registered.
- Lower case: a - z
- Upper case: A - Z
- Numbers: 0 - 9
- Special characters: !@#$%^&*-_=+{}[]\|'/?`~
※ Regular expressions are not supported, and symbols such as * used in regular expressions are recognized as strings.
Additionally, by listing them with line breaks as shown in the image, you can register multiple records at once.

If necessary, check the approver and select [Create] or [Apply].
※ Domains and subdomains including domains cannot be set as approvers.

Next Steps
