Procedure

Create or Edit a Secure Download Policy Individually

From the left menu of the Email DLP admin screen, access ［Attachment Settings］－［Secure Download Policy］.

When Creating a New Policy

Click ［＋ Create］ in the upper right of the screen.
Select the creation method.

When Editing

Select the tab for the target Secure Download Type.
Then, select the gear icon for the Secure Download Type you want to edit.
※ The System Default created by default is the Secure Download Type that is automatically used when no matching policy exists.
※ System Default cannot be edited or deleted.

Entering Each Item

Enter each item.
After entering, click ［Create］ or ［Apply］ in the bottom right.

priority		Policy priority	Enter the policy priority as a number from 1 to 99,999. The smaller the value, the higher the priority.
Secure Download Types		Select whether to send with Secure Download	If ［Send with Secure Download］ is selected, select the Secure Download Type to apply. ※ Please create the Secure Download Type in advance. For creation instructions, refer to Attachment Settings - Creating/Editing Secure Download Types. ※ If ［Send with Secure Download］ is not selected, attachments will be sent unmodified.
Condition to apply policy	Sender	Email sender	・［Any sender］ Applies to emails sent by any sender. ・［Specific group］ Applies to emails sent by the selected Address group. This is the envelope From address, not the Header From address. ※ If using an Address group as a condition, please create it in advance. For creation instructions, refer to Create an Address group.
Condition to apply policy	Recipients	Email recipients	・［Any recipient］ All recipients are subject to the policy. ・［Specific group］ Applies to emails where the selected Address group is a recipient.
