[Email DLP] Attachment Settings - Deleting Secure Download Policies

Purpose

• This article explains how to delete an Email DLP Secure Download Policy.

5. You need to create the target address group and Secure Download Type in advance.
   ・Create an Address Group
   ・Create a Secure Download Type

Procedure 

1. From the left menu of the Email DLP administration, go to [Attachment Settings] - [Secure Download Policies].

   

2. Click the tab for the Secure Download Policy you want to create.
   * The Secure Download for Box tab is displayed only for customers who have subscribed to Secure Download for Box.

   

3. Click the [Trash icon] on the right side of the target Secure Download Policy.
   * The Default policy, which is created by default, is automatically used when there is no matching policy. The Default policy cannot be deleted or edited.

   

4. Review the details and click [Delete].
