Procedure
Editing Users in Batch (CSV)

From the Access Control Administration, navigate to [Users]-[Users].

Click [Batch Update / Batch Register]-[Update].

Click [User Update Template] to obtain the template used for Batch Update.

Edit the CSV file obtained in Procedure 3.
For details on the settings for each item, refer to “List of Updatable Items.”
※ A maximum of 2,500 rows is supported per file.

To obtain information about existing Users, select [Download All (CSV)] on the screen in Procedure 1.
This downloads a CSV file containing the list of currently registered Users.

Select and upload the CSV file you created.

Confirm the details and click [Import Data].
※ If an Error message is displayed, correct the CSV file according to the Error details and upload it again. -
When the update complete screen is displayed, click [batch registration log] to check the processing Status.

Confirm that the Status of the applicable process is “Finish.”
Click the applicable entry in Logs to view its details.
※ Processing may take several minutes if there are many registrations.
