Detailed Explanation / Procedure
Checking user operation logs in the Modern View of HENNGE Access Control is done through the admin interface's left menu [Log Management] - [User Operation Logs].
1. Procedure
1.1. Access the HENNGE Access Control admin interface.
Refer to the following article for how to access the admin interface.

1.2. Access [Log Management] - [User Operation Logs] from the left menu of the HENNGE Access Control admin interface.
1.3. Specify the date and time for the search. Optionally, specify other conditions for the search.
The following conditions can be specified:
・Action: Specify the type of action performed by the user. The selectable action types are as follows:
・Username: Displays the username of the user who performed the action.

1.4. Optionally, download the operation log.
2. Items (Admin Interface)
The items that can be confirmed in the operation log are as follows:
2.1. Date and Time (ASIA/TOKYO)
Displays the date and time when the operation was performed.
2.2. Action
Displays the type of action that was performed.
2.3. Username
Displays the username of the user who performed the operation.
2.4. Status
Displays whether the operation was successful or failed.
2.5. Device Information
Displays the device information of the operator's access origin.
3. Items (Download)
The items displayed in the downloaded file are as follows:
3.1. Timestamp
Displays the date and time when the access was made.
3.2. Actor
Displays the username of the user who performed the operation.
3.3. IP address
Displays the IP address (IPv4 or IPv6) of the device from which the operation was performed.
3.4. Operation ID
Displays the details of the operation.
3.5. User Agent
Displays information about the device from which the operation originated.
3.6. Operands
Displays detailed information about the operation.
3.7. Error
Displays the details of the operation when it fails.
