Customers using HENNGE Email DLP with Google Workspace are the target audience.
Purpose
This article explains how to configure that HENNGE Email DLP is applied only to emails sent from specific senders in Google Workspace (Gmail).
Notes
1. After this connection procedure, the email delivery path for the specified senders will change. Therefore, please consider the scope of impact and timing carefully before proceeding with the operation.
2. If the operation does not proceed as expected, you may need to contact Google support.
3. Even if only some users use HENNGE One products, you need to purchase the same number of licenses as the number of licenses for Google Workspace.

Detailed Procedure and Explanation
Pre-confirmation Items
1. Change External DNS Settings
(Required) Add SPF Record
(Recommended) Configure DKIM Records
(Recommended) Publish DMARC Records
2. Confirm the Impact on Email Routes
If there are existing settings related to [Routing], please send screenshots of the settings to us before this connection operation.
3. Prepare Setting Values
Please prepare the document HENNGE One Connection Setting Sheet provided by us in advance.
1. Create a New Organizational Unit in Google Workspace
1.1. Create an organizational unit to register the target accounts under the parent organization.
Add an Organizational Unit
* Redirects to Google's support page.
1.2. Register the accounts you want to target for HENNGE Email DLP in the organizational unit created in 1.1.
Move Users to an Organizational Unit
* Redirects to Google's support page.
2. Configure [Host]
Follow the steps in the article "1. Host Configuration" below.
Set up Connection with HENNGE Email DLP (Google Workspace)
3. Configure [Routing]
3.1. Access [Google Admin Console] > [Apps] > [Google Workspace] > [Gmail].
3.2. Select [Routing].
3.3. Select the child organizational unit created in step 1 from [Organizational Unit].
3.4. Configure routing.
