This document explains how to change the backup retention period for your contracted HENNGE Email Archive.

3. Please refer to the login information sent at the time of installation for the URL and login details of the HENNGE Email Archive management screen.
Detailed Description / Procedure
To change the archive settings, log in to HENNGE Email Archive with an initial administrator account and navigate to [ Archive Settings ] in the left menu.
Procedure
You can change the backup retention period of the HENNGE Email Archive by following these steps.
1. Select [ Edit ] to the right of "Backup Period".
2. Select [ Backup Period ], specify the desired number of years, then enter [ register ] in the text input field for confirmation and select [ Save ].
