This article is for admins and explains how to register and edit users who will participate in trainings in Tadrill.

- Admin privileges in Tadrill are required to view the actual screens or make configuration changes.
- The user synchronization feature from groupware is available to customers with a HENNGE One Pro plan or a standalone Tadrill plan.

Procedure
Create User

Click Users from the left menu.

Click Create at the top right of the Users screen.

Enter the required information and click Create.
Edit User

On the Users screen, click the row of the user you want to edit.

On the User Details screen, click Edit.

Enter the required information and click Save.
Bulk Create/Edit Users (CSV)
You can create or update users in bulk using a CSV file.

Click Users from the left menu.

Click Export at the top right of the screen.
- Based on the exported data, enter the items you want to add or edit and save the file.

Click Import at the top right of the screen in Step 3, and select the file you created in Step 3.
* If you enter a tag that is not yet registered in Tadrill and import it, the tag will be created automatically.
* When uploading a CSV file, the character encoding (UTF-8 or Shift_JIS) will be automatically detected.
Bulk Create Users (Groupware Sync)
If you are using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you can use the groupware sync feature to synchronize users and register the information as of the sync time in Tadrill.

Field
The fields for creating users are as follows.
