Customers using the HENNGE One Customer Portal
Purpose
This article explains how to confirm and manage domains in the HENNGE One Customer Portal.

From the HENNGE One Customer Portal home, click the panel for your tenant.

On the tenant details screen, click the "Domain" tab.
The domain list screen will open.

You can confirm the domains registered with HENNGE.
* The main domain is marked.

The domain statuses are as follows:
- Set: The domain is registered as a usable domain on HENNGE and is available for use.
- Pending Deletion: A domain delete request has been submitted and the domain is being processed for deletion by HENNGE.
- Pending Setup: A domain add request has been submitted and the domain is being processed for addition by HENNGE.
Domain Add Request
Follow these steps to add a domain for use.

Click the "Add" button at the top right to open the domain add request screen.
Enter the domain you wish to add carefully, then click the "Confirm" button.
* If entering multiple domains, please enter one domain per line. -
Confirm the request details, and if there are no issues, click "Next".
Click "Edit" to return to the edit screen. -
On the screen prompting you to upload a file, click [Upload].
On the next screen, to accurately process the added domain, you must upload a domain capture that can confirm the domain to be added.
Once the domain capture is uploaded, HENNGE will begin processing the domain addition.

In that case, open the details screen for the relevant request from [Requests] - [Request List] and upload the file there. -
At the bottom of the request details screen, upload the domain capture from "Files".
After uploading the domain capture, the request status at the top right of the screen will change to "Requested", and the status of the domain to be added will be "Pending Setup".
A notification email confirming receipt of the domain add request will also be sent to the email address associated with your HENNGE One Customer Portal login ID. - Once HENNGE completes the domain addition process, a notification email will be sent.
The domain status will change to "Set" and the request status will be "Completed".
Domain Delete Request
Delete domains from HENNGE that you no longer use, such as those for which you have relinquished ownership.

Click the "Delete" button to open the domain delete request screen.
All registered domains that can be deleted, except for the main domain, will be displayed.
Select the domain(s) you wish to delete, check the checkbox, and click the "Confirm" button. -
Review the request details again, and if there are no issues, click "Request".
Click "Edit" to return to the domain selection screen for deletion. - Once the request is completed, the request status will be "Requested" and the status of the domain to be deleted will be "Pending Deletion".
A notification email confirming receipt of the domain delete request will also be sent to the email address associated with your HENNGE One Customer Portal login ID. - When the domain deletion process is completed, a notification email will be sent.
The domain will be removed from the list, and the request status will be "Completed".
