Procedure

On the HENNGE One Customer Portal home screen, click the tenant panel.

On the tenant details screen, click the [Domain] tab.
The domain list screen will open.
Domain List
You can check the registered domains in use.
A mark is displayed for the main domain.

The domain statuses are as follows.
- Configured: A domain that is registered and available for use.
- Pending Deletion: A domain for which a deletion request has been submitted and is currently being processed for removal.
- Pending Configuration: A domain for which an addition request has been submitted and is currently being processed for addition.
Domain Addition Request
This is the Procedure for adding a domain for use.

Click [Add] in the upper right corner of the screen to open the domain addition request screen.
Enter the domain you want to add and click [Confirm].
If entering multiple domains, please start a new line for each domain. -
Review the request details, and if there are no issues, click [Next].
Click [Edit] to return to the editing screen. -
On the screen prompting you to upload a file, click [Upload].
On the next screen, you will need to upload a domain capture that allows you to verify the domain to be added.
Once the domain capture is uploaded, the domain addition process will begin.

Upload the domain capture from [File] at the bottom of the request details screen.
After uploading, the request status in the upper right corner of the screen will change to "Submitted," and the status of the domain to be added will change to "Pending Configuration."
In addition, a notification email confirming receipt of the domain addition request will be sent to the email address associated with the login ID of the HENNGE One Customer Portal. -
After the request is submitted, the domain registration process will be carried out for the Target services under your contract.
Once the domain addition process is complete, a notification email will be sent.
The domain status will change to "Configured," and the request status will change to "Completed." -

Domain Deletion Request
This is the Procedure for deleting domains that will no longer be used, such as domains whose ownership has been relinquished.

Click [Delete] to open the domain deletion request screen.
Registered domains that can be deleted, other than the main domain, will be displayed.
Select the domain you want to delete, check the checkbox, and click [Confirm]. -
Review the request details, and if there are no issues, click [Submit].
Click [Edit] to return to the domain selection screen for deletion. -
Once the request is submitted, the request status will change to "Submitted," and the status of the target domain will change to "Pending Deletion."
Additionally, a notification email confirming that the domain deletion request has been received will be sent to the email address associated with your HENNGE One Customer Portal login ID. -
After the request is submitted, the domain deletion process will be carried out for the applicable services under your contract.
Once the deletion process is complete, a notification email will be sent.
The domain will be removed from the list, and the request status will change to "Completed."
