Description
This article explains the procedure for configuring the request approval feature for Email DLP administrators and customers who use the request approval feature when sending emails with Email DLP.
By following this procedure, you can set approvers when sending emails.

Procedure
Creating Notification Settings

From the Email DLP Administration, go to [Notification Settings] - [Approval Results].

On the Notification of Approval Results screen, click [+Create].

Enter the required information such as priority, policy name, subject, and body, then click [+Create].
* The initial template content is set automatically, but you can modify it as needed by referring to the following article.

Configuring Address Groups

Select [Address Settings] - [Address Groups].

Click [+Create] for Address Groups.

On the [Create Address Group] screen, select [Address Group] and click [Next].

Enter the group name, sender, and approvers' email addresses, then click [Add].
* To register multiple users at once, enter them on separate lines. -
Check the users who will be approvers, then click [Create].
Creating Rule Groups

Select [Filter Settings] - [Rule Groups].

Click [+Create].

Enter the group name and description, then click [+Create].

From the Rule Groups list screen, select the Rule Group created in step 3 and click [+Create new rule].

Enter the required information and specify request approval as the action for the rule you want to target for approval.

Configure notifications and add a rule condition to exclude approvers from the relevant filter, then click [+Create].
* If you want the filter to also apply to approvers themselves, this setting is not required.
* It is recommended to configure notifications so that approvers are more likely to notice the emails.- Target: Envelope From
- Predicate: is not approver
- Pattern: Created Address Group
Configuring Notification of Filter Results

Go to [Notification Settings] - [Filter Results].

Click [+Create].

Configure the content to be notified when a filter is processed, then click [+Create].
Filter Settings

Select [Filter Settings] - [Filters].

Click [+Create].

After configuring each item, set the rule created earlier in the Rule Group field.
* Example filter settings:
Priority: optional
Sender: Address Group configured in Configuring Address Groups
Recipient: Any Recipient
Rule Name: Rule Group created in Creating Rule Groups -
Click [Create].
