I created a group in the Microsoft 365 admin center, but the group information does not appear when creating an Address Group in the Email DLP Administration.
Answer
The synchronization interval between Microsoft 365 and Email DLP is 12 hours.
If the group does not appear even after 12 hours, please make sure that the Address Group Name you entered at the time of creation matches the "Name (DisplayName)".
* The group name obtained by the group synchronization feature is "Name (DisplayName)", not the ID.
If the group still does not appear even after entering the "Name (DisplayName)" as the Address Group Name, HENNGE One Technical Support will investigate. Please open the Microsoft 365 admin center, select the relevant group under [Teams & groups] - [Active teams & groups], and contact us with a screenshot of the details attached.
