The password generated from HENNGE Email DLP cannot decrypt the encrypted file.
Please try out the following methods.
- Please unzip with the native ZIP tool that comes with your OS.
Please use the ZIP tool that comes with the OS to see if the file can be decrypted.
If you use software other than the default ZIP tool comes with the OS, please try that first.
- There are symbols or spaces that are added at the beginning to the end.
Please check and see if your browser is up to date.
If not, please update your browser.
- Check if space is added to the end.
Some Email App or Browser will automatically add "next line" or "space" when you copy the text, please ensure that those special characters are not included in the copied text.
- If you are using Chrome's Translation...
If you are using Google Chrome's automatic translation feature, it may change the password, please ensure that you turn this feature off before you copy or read the password.
