How to Exclude Specific Senders from HENNGE Email DLP

You can exclude the sender email address from going through HENNGE Email DLP with the following steps.

Step 1 - Go to "Microsoft 365 admin center" > "Exchange Admin Center."

Step 2 - Go to [ Mail flow ] > [ Rules ] in the Exchange Admin Center and double-click the rule for HENNGE Email DLP (*)

(*) If you are unsure, please check if the connector's routing is redirected to "mo.xxx.hdemail.jp" or "gwsmtp.mo.hdems.com". You can check the connector detail on [ Mail flow ] > [ Connectors ].

Step 3 - Select [ + ] under [ Except if ] and add [ Or ].

Step 4 - Select [ The sender ], select [ is this person ], specify the email address in [ Select members ], and [ Save ].
If the sender is not listed in the contact list, please select [ address matches any of these text patterns ] and specify the address.

Step 4 - Click on [ Save ].
