Question
I received a non-delivery email from HENNGE One Mail Delivery System <MAILER-DAEMON@mo.hdems.com>. Why did this happen?
Answer
With the Email DLP service, all information including attachments is analyzed for each recipient, and then filter processing is performed.
If the analysis or delivery process cannot be completed correctly, the email cannot be delivered to the recipient address, and a non-delivery report (NDR) will be sent to the sender.
In the Email DLP Administration, under "Filters" - "Search Filter History," the delivery result for the relevant email will be displayed as "Internal Bounce."
If you receive a non-delivery report, please check the recipient address and attachments of the relevant email, and resend it after making any necessary corrections.
・Sender Information
