I can no longer log in to the Email Archive management screen. What should I do?
Answer
Immediately after User Creation / Password Change
If you have changed User Information, it may take about 15 minutes for the changes to take effect.
Please wait for a while and try again.
For Existing Users
- Ensure that the username is correct.
The format when entering is "user@yourcontractdomain".
Example) If the Domain is hde.co.jp and the Username is sample
The string to enter in the login name field is "sample@hde.co.jp". - Check the User's Password.
If the Password is saved in the browser, please try entering it manually as well. - Check the Source IP address.
If access control by IP address is set in the Archive service, you cannot log in from an unregistered IP address environment.
Please change the access control settings with another User who can log in.
