Where can I check the operational status and incident information for HENNGE One?
Answer
You can check the latest information on the HENNGE One Status Dashboard.
Additionally, by registering your email address or phone number on the Status Dashboard, you can receive notifications via email or SMS.
Notes
- For email notifications, you will receive updates each time the Status Dashboard is updated (when an incident is detected, when information is updated, and when resolved). For SMS notifications, you will only receive notifications when an incident is detected and when it is resolved.
- As of May 16, 2018, the URL for the Status Dashboard has changed.
If you are using the old Status Dashboard via bookmarks, please update your registration. - The "Receive Updates" button displayed on the Status Dashboard during an incident will send the latest information at that time only once to email addresses or phone numbers that have not been registered via "Subscribe to Updates." Please be aware of this functionality.

How to Set Up Email Notifications

Click "Subscribe to Updates."

Enter your email address and click "Subscribe via Email."

Check the services you want to receive notifications for and save.

An email will be sent to your registered email address from noreply@statuspage.io.
Click the URL in the email to activate your subscription.
How to Set Up SMS Notifications

Click "Subscribe to Updates."

Enter your phone number and click "SUBSCRIBE VIA TEXT MESSAGE."

Check the services you want to receive notifications for and save.
- A text message will be sent to your registered phone number.
Select the URL in the message to activate your subscription.
How to Unsubscribe from Email Notifications

Click "Manage your subscription" at the bottom of the notification email.
*Emails are sent from "noreply@statuspage.io". -
Click "Unsubscribe from updates" displayed below your email address.

Click "UNSUBSCRIBE FROM UPDATES" in the popup window.
How to Unsubscribe from SMS Notifications
- Select the "To unsubscribe go to" link in the message sent at the time of registration.
- Select "UNSUBSCRIBE FROM UPDATES."
