Please follow the procedure below.

If you have any questions, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support.
Press the "Settings" option on your Android device.
Press "Security & Lock Screen" within the Settings options.
Press "Encryption & Credentials".
Press "User Credentials".
Delete the certificate with the name entered when installing the Device Certificate (the default is "pvk").
