Overview
This article explains the procedure for users of Access Control to receive the OTP (One-Time Password) for login via email.

Procedure (when configuring from the login screen) is only for users using the new login screen.
If you are using the old login screen, please follow the steps in Procedure (when configuring from the user portal).
Procedure (when configuring from the login screen)

From the Access Control login screen, follow the on-screen instructions to log in using your username, password, device certificate, etc.

When the OTP setup method screen appears, click [Configure with Email].

Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP (One-Time Password), then click [Next].
- Access the mailbox of the entered email address and check the received OTP (One-Time Password).

Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) token received by email, click [Confirm], and complete the setup.
Procedure (when configuring from the user portal)

Access the Access Control user portal screen.

Select [OTP (One-Time Password) Settings].

Select [Configure OTP].

On the OTP (One-Time Password) setup selection screen, select [Configure OTP using email] - [Configure with Email].
* The [Configure OTP using email] field will only be displayed if the [Condition to change OTP notification email] in the Access Policy Group settings is set to [Always allow] or [Allow when].
If it is not displayed, please check the relevant access policy.
[Access Control] Create / Edit Access Policy Group -
Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP (One-Time Password), then click [Next].
- Access the mailbox of the entered email address and check the received OTP (One-Time Password).

Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) token received by email and click [Confirm].
* For initial sync setup, you need to enter the confirmed OTP (One-Time Password). -
If completed successfully, the following screen will be displayed.
* If there is an input error, the process will not complete even if you enter the correct OTP (One-Time Password) token afterward. Please start again from step 3.
