This is for users who receive OTP (One-Time Password) via email.
Purpose
This article explains how to configure HENNGE Access Control to receive OTP (One-Time Password) via email.

Procedure
1. Access the user portal screen of HENNGE Access Control.
URL example: https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/portal/<yourdomain>/login/
※ The value of <yourdomain> will vary for each customer. Please change it to your main domain.
2. Select [OTP (One-Time Password) settings].
3. Select [Configure OTP].
4. On the OTP (One-Time Password) setup screen, select [Configure OTP using Email] - [Configure with Email].
If you have set the conditions for allowing changes to the OTP notification email address in the Access Policy Group settings to [Always allow] or [Allow under the following conditions], the [Configure OTP using Email] option will be displayed. If it is not displayed, please check the relevant Access Policy.

5. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP (One-Time Password) and click [Next].
6. Access the email inbox of the entered email address and confirm the received OTP (One-Time Password).
7. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) token received via email and click [Confirm].
※ For initial synchronization setup, you need to enter the confirmed OTP (One-Time Password).
8. Once successfully completed, the completion screen will be displayed.
※ If there is an input error, the process will not be completed even if you enter the correct OTP (One-Time Password) token. Please start over from step 3.
