[Secure Browser] Installing Secure Browser and Device Authentication (iOS)

Overview

This article explains the procedure for installing and configuring the Secure Browser app for users on iOS devices.

Procedure

App Installation

1. Search for "Secure Browser" in the App Store.

2. Install Secure Browser from the search results.

   

Initial Configuration

1. Access the HENNGE One portal site from your PC's web browser.
   Reference: [Access Control] User Guide

   

2. Click [Secure Browser Settings].

   

3. Click [New device authentication].

   

4. A QR code will be displayed.

   

5. Open Secure Browser and follow the on-screen instructions at the bottom of the screen. Scan the QR code displayed in Step 4.

6. From [Secure Browser Settings] in the Access Control user portal, confirm that the target device is pending authentication.
   Wait for admin approval.
   * Depending on the settings, authentication may be granted immediately.

   

   After scanning the QR code, a device authentication confirmation screen will appear in the app.

   

7. Once the device is approved, the HENNGE One login screen will be displayed.
   Log in with the HENNGE One account used for device authentication.
   When login is successful, the initial configuration of Secure Browser is complete.

   

8. If the following screen appears, press [Unlock] and unlock as you would on iOS.
