Purpose
- This explains how to issue OTP (One-Time Password) used in Access Control with Authenticator applications such as HENNGE Lock.

- The display may vary depending on the OS, version, and model of your device.

- A single user cannot configure HENNGE Lock on multiple devices.
Procedure
1. Log in to the Access Control user portal.
URL example: https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/portal/<yourdomain>/login/
※ The value of <yourdomain> varies for each customer. Please change it to your contracted main domain.
2. Click [OTP (One-Time Password) Settings].
※ If the item does not exist, it is restricted by the administrator, so please contact your internal administrator.
3. Click [Configure OTP].
4. Click [Configure OTP using a Device] - [Configure with Device].
※ The subsequent steps differ depending on whether you use HENNGE Lock or another Authenticator application.
When using HENNGE Lock
When using an Authenticator application other than HENNGE Lock

5. Install HENNGE Lock.

6. Follow the instructions from step 2 on the screen to configure.
7. When you scan the QR code, the OTP (One-Time Password) will be displayed on the application.

8. Confirm that the completion screen is displayed on the Access Control user portal.
When using an Authenticator application other than HENNGE Lock
5. Scan the displayed QR code with the Authenticator application installed on your mobile device and confirm that OTP (One-Time Password) generation has started.
6. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) token generated on the Authenticator application and click [Confirm].
※ For initial synchronization settings, you need to enter the confirmed OTP (One-Time Password).
7. If completed successfully, the completion screen will be displayed.
※ If there was an input error, the process will not be completed even if you enter the correct OTP (One-Time Password) token. Please start over from step 3 of this procedure.
