Purpose
- This explains how to confirm that the Email Archive is functioning properly and that emails are being archived.
Notes
- It may take several hours for emails actually backed up to the Email Archive to be reflected in the Administration.

Procedure
Check Email Logs on the Groupware Side
1. Send and receive the following 3 types of test emails on all domains registered with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Emails sent to external (outside tenant)
- Emails received from external (outside tenant)
- Emails sent to internal (inside tenant)
Search in Email Archive Modern
1. Log in to Email Archive Modern.

How to Access the Email Archive Modern Administration
2. Click [Archive Search] in the left menu.
3. Use the search box in the upper right to search for the 3 types of test emails sent and received in the Checking Email Logs on the Groupware Side section, and confirm that all emails are displayed in the search results.
Search in Email Archive Classic
1. Log in to Email Archive Classic.
