[Email Archive Modern] How to Log in to the Administration Console

Purpose

• This document explains how to log in to the administration console of Email Archive.

Notes

1. The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of October 2025 and may change without notice.
2. Administrator privileges for Email Archive are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.
3. Customers using Email Archive Classic need to register as administrators for Email Archive Modern by following the steps below.

4. If there are no users for Email Archive, please create new users from the article below.

Procedure

1. Access the URL of the Email Archive administration console.
   https://archive.hennge.com

2. Select the groupware to verify.

   

3. Enter the domain name on the login screen and click [Next].
   ※ Please enter the main domain contracted for Email Archive.

   

4. You will be redirected to the login screen of the groupware selected in step 2, where you will enter your ID and password to log in.
   ※ If you are using Access Control for login to the groupware, you may also be redirected to Access Control.
5. Verify that the Email Archive administration console is displayed.
