How long are files uploaded via Secure Transfer stored?
Answer
The storage period for files in Secure Transfer varies depending on the current contract and settings.
If you have a HENNGE One Pro plan, files are stored for the number of days in the [File Validity Period], which is the sum of the [File Transfer Validity Period] and the [File Storage Period] (up to 366 days).
If you have any other plan, files are stored for the number of days set in the [File Transfer Validity Period] (up to 31 days).
