In Secure Transfer, the following are possible reasons why uploaded files may not appear on the download screen:
If a virus is detected in the uploaded file
If the Admin setting "Do Not Allow Downloading Encrypted Files" is enabled and an encrypted file is uploaded and becomes Blocked
