- Guest users uploading files via the Secure Transfer receive URL
Purpose
- This article explains the procedure for guests to upload files to Secure Transfer.

If you are unable to access the upload URL due to the use of a web proxy or web filtering on the guest side, please contact your IT administrator and allow access to the following FQDN:
*.transfer.hennge.com - The required upload procedure may vary depending on the Secure Transfer settings.
- If you have any questions about how to upload files to Secure Transfer, please contact the sender.
Procedure
- Open the received URL.

Consent to the use of cookies.
If a dialog stating "This service uses cookies" appears at the bottom of the screen, click [Accept All] to allow all cookies, or click [Manage Cookies] to review the settings and then click [Save].
* If you have used Secure Transfer multiple times, the message may not appear.
If it does not appear, please skip this step. - Depending on the screen displayed, follow one of the procedures below:
If the password entry screen is displayed

Enter the download password provided in the email and click [Next].
If you check [Remember this approval], the authentication information will be saved in your browser's cookies for a certain period, and you will not need to re-enter the password when accessing the same URL from the same browser.
If you do not want to save the authentication, uncheck the box and submit. - After entering the password, proceed to one of the following steps depending on the screen displayed:
If the email address verification screen is displayed

Enter the email address to receive the security code and click [Send Verification Code].
* If the button does not appear, your browser may not be up to date.
Please check the supported browsers in the following article and try again using a supported browser.
HENNGE One supported browsers
* If a masked email address is displayed, select [OK].
* If the sender has specified the recipient for email address verification, you will not be able to enter an email address. -
The screen will change to the security code entry screen. Enter the security code sent to the email address entered in step 1 and click [Verify].
* You can also copy and paste the code.
* If you check [Remember this approval], the authentication information will be saved in your browser's cookies for a certain period, and you will not need to re-enter the password when accessing the same URL from the same browser. - After completing email address verification, proceed to "If the file upload screen is displayed".
If the file upload screen is displayed

Upload any file.
Drag and drop the file into the blue area, or click [Select Files] to select the file to upload. -
Click [Upload].

Check the file displayed in the popup window and click [Upload].

The file status will change. Review the details and click [Finish Upload].

The upload completion screen will be displayed.
