Purpose
- This explains the procedure to stop the periodic sync currently set between Access Control and Microsoft Entra ID.

How to access the Access Control Administration screen
Procedure
1. Access the [System] - [Provisioning Settings] from the Access Control Administration screen.
2. From [SYNC FROM HENNGE Access Control], click [View Details] for the tenant with periodic sync.
・If periodic sync is from Access Control to Microsoft Entra ID, click [View Details] in the [SYNC FROM HENNGE Access Control] menu.
・If periodic sync is from Microsoft Entra ID to Access Control, click [View Details] in the [Sync Source] menu.
3. For the domain where you want to stop periodic sync, click [Disable Periodic Sync].
※ Domains where periodic sync is active are displayed as "Enabled" in the [Periodic Sync] column.
※ If you want to stop periodic sync for multiple domains, refer to steps 3 ~ 4 to stop periodic sync for each domain one by one.
4. Confirm that the [Periodic Sync] column for the stopped domain is "Disabled".
※ If periodic sync for all domains in the tenant is disabled, the settings will be hidden from the [Provisioning Settings] screen.
If you want to sync again, please perform a new sync setting.
