This article is intended for administrators who perform the initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Cloud Protection.
Purpose
Create policies to configure how HENNGE Cloud Protection handles threats when detected.
Notes

2. HENNGE Cloud Protection administrator privileges are required for actual screen verification and configuration changes.
3. The URL for the HENNGE Cloud Protection management screen may vary for each customer tenant.
4. Policies can be specified on a per-Microsoft 365 tenant basis.
Detailed Explanation / Procedure
HENNGE Cloud Protection policies define how to protect a user's mailbox and what actions to take in case of security threats. There are two methods for creating policies: creating a new policy and duplicating an existing policy.
1. Common Procedure
1.1. Open the HENNGE Cloud Protection management screen.
Refer to the following procedure for accessing the management screen.

1.2. Click [ COLLABORATION PROTECTION ] - [ Policies ] in the left menu of the screen.
1.3. Follow Procedure 2. for creating a new policy or Procedure 3. for duplicating an existing policy.
2. Creating a New Policy
2.1. Click [ Add Policy ] at the top of the screen.
2.2. The policy creation screen appears. Configure the settings below and click [ Save].

3. Duplicating an Existing Policy
3.1. Click [ ... ] on the right of [ WithSecure Policy ] and click [ Copy].
3.2. The policy editing screen for [ Copy of WithSecure Policy ] is displayed. Configure the settings below and click [ Save ].

4. Default Settings for Created Policy
4.1. On the [ Policies ] page, select [ ... ] from the menu column of the policy created earlier and choose [ Set as Default ].
From this step onwards, when connecting HENNGE Cloud Protection to a Microsoft 365 tenant, the same policy will be automatically assigned.
