Target
Administrators who are responsible for the initial configuration and operational management of HENNGE Cloud Protection.
Purpose
Reconnect Exchange, SharePoint or OneDrive of Microsoft 365 tenants added to HENNGE Cloud Protection.
This is not a required part of the implementation, but is required for the purpose of reconnecting Microsoft 365 tenants that have been disconnected to temporarily stop the functionality of the product.

1. Accessing HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console
1.1. Access the following URL for the HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console.

Access HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console
1.2. Click on the [ COLLABORATION PROTECTION ] - [ Cloud Services ] on the left menu.
2. Reconnect Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
2.1. Click on the [ Connect ] button, or check on the checkbox on the left and click on the [ Connect ] at the bottom of the page.

・[ Connect SharePoint ]
・[ Connect OneDrive ]
2.2. Click on the [ Connect ] button.
2.3. Select the account.
2.4. Click on the [ Accept ] button in the [ Accept on Behalf of my organization ].
2.5. Confirm that the number of mailboxes, sites or folders is displayed in the selected field.
*: Depending on the conditions, [ Customize my protection ] may appear.
*: [ Pending ] is displayed during the connection.
If you reconnect to Exchange, SharePoint, or OneDrive and see only [ Customize my protection ], you will need to follow the steps below to set up the protected items.
