Target

Users utilizing the approval function in HENNGE Email DLP are the subjects of this article.

Objective

This article explains how to check the history of emails approved or rejected with HENNGE Email DLP on the HENNGE Email DLP user interface.

3. History can be checked for emails within the last month, up to a maximum of 100 emails.

Detailed Explanation / Steps

Confirmation of the history of approved or rejected emails is done through the HENNGE Email DLP user interface's left menu [Approval Tray] - [History].

If multiple approvers are set, only the history of emails approved or rejected by oneself can be confirmed.

Select the target email.

Rule Group Name : Displays the applied rule group name.

Rule Name : Displays the applied rule name.

Hold Date and Time : Displays the date and time the email was put on hold.

From : Displays the sender (Header From).

To : Displays the recipients set in To.

Cc : Displays the recipients set in Cc.

Bcc : Displays the recipients set in Bcc.

Size : Displays the message size.

Attachment File : Displays the attachment file name.

Status : Displays the current status, whether approved or rejected.

Date and Time : Displays the date and time the processing occurred.

Processor : Displays the address of the user who processed the target email (approval, rejection).

Recipient : Displays the recipient (Envelope To).
