What is the maximum number of times a file can be downloaded from a single URL?
Answer
Each file can be downloaded up to 100 times per recipient (1 recipient).
For example, if you send 3 files to 2 recipients, each recipient can download up to 300 times (3 files x 100 times).
If you select "Download" for a file that has exceeded 100 times, a message indicating that the maximum download limit has been exceeded will be displayed as shown below. (The screen may change in the future)
