We are using the "Suspended Emails" feature in Email DLP. How can we change the suspension period?
Answer
You can change it by following the steps below.
1. In the Email DLP admin console, go to [Filter Settings] - [Rule Groups].
2. Open the target rule group, and click the [Edit (icon)] button for the rule you want to modify.
3. On the [Edit Rule] screen, set the desired suspension period under [Action] - [Suspend].
4. Change the suspension time on [Suspension]
* If you want to set the suspension period as manually send (emails will be suspended for 10 days and automatically deleted if not sent, deleted, or otherwise processed), please check the [Do not release the suspension automatically] checkbox.
