I would like to know the details of each filter condition when searching the file list in File DLP.

| Connected Service | You can filter by connected service. |

| File Location | You can filter by drive name or site name. | ※ For Google Workspace, you can search by Shared Drive name. ※ For SharePoint, you can search by site name. ※ SharePoint sub-sites and BOX folders are not supported. |
| Owner | You can filter by file owner. | ※ The concept of "Owner" does not exist for Microsoft SharePoint or Google Workspace Shared Drives. (It does exist for Microsoft OneDrive and Google Workspace My Drive.) ※ For OneDrive and BOX, the owner of files under a folder is the folder owner. ※ For My Drive, the file creator is the owner. |
