You can create a user who can search only specific email addresses by creating a "Search Policy" and assigning it to the target user.

Procedure

1. Create a new search policy. Specify the email addresses or domains the user should be able to search.* Only emails that match all specified conditions can be searched.

• Policy Name: Any name
• Search Period: "Allow All"
• Email Address / Domain: "Allow Only" or "Deny Only" depending on the requirements. Enter the email addresses/domains to allow/deny for the user to search.
• Email Content: "Allow All"
• Attachment: Uncheck "Must Exist"

2. Create a new user with the created policy assigned, or assign the created policy to an existing search user.
