I want to know how to add new users in the [Tenant Settings] - [Users] section of the Email DLP Administration.
Answer
It is not possible to add users directly from the Email DLP Administration.
Users are automatically created when they log in to Email DLP via Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Therefore, please try logging in to Email DLP once with the user you wish to create.
If you want to add a new admin, please have the user log in once, and then follow the instructions in the article below to change the user's permissions.
