We are currently observing an issue in some environments where guests are unable to download or upload files from HENNGE Secure Transfer and HENNGE Secure Download due to a specific error.
Target
Customers using HENNGE Secure Transfer and HENNGE Secure Download
Purpose
We have confirmed that when a guest attempts to download or upload a file using HENNGE Secure Transfer or HENNGE Secure Download, the following error message may be displayed, preventing the download/upload.

Request failed with status code 403
This issue is believed to be caused by a Web proxy or similar system used in the environment where the download/upload attempt was made (the guest's environment), which is incorrectly blocking a specific endpoint for HENNGE Secure Transfer and HENNGE Secure Download.
Required Actions
Please allow(whitelist) the following URL (FQDN) in the web proxy used on the guest side network environment and check if the error is resolved.
* The target port is HTTPS / 443
* Please allow both GET and POST.
* We have confirmed that some security products cannot describe FQDNs with wildcards (*).
In such cases, you may need to register in a format that matches the specifications of your security product, such as using ".transfer.hennge.com" instead of "*.transfer.hennge.com".
Please check with the support of your security product to see if wildcard notation is available.
