Purpose
- This article explains how to check notifications in the Access Control Administration when actions such as user synchronization fail.

How to access the Access Control Administration
Procedure

Click [Notifications] from the header of the Administration.

The most recent notifications will be displayed. Click [View All/unread notifications].
* You can also go directly to the log from each notification. -
The [Notifications] screen will be displayed.
You can move to the Logs screen from the link in each notification.
* Clicking the link will not mark the notification as read, so it is recommended to click [Mark as read] in advance.If you want to mark the status of multiple notifications as read at once, check [NOTIFICATION MESSAGE], then click [Mark as read] at the top of the screen.
* You can change up to one page (maximum 100 items) at a time. -
If you want to search for specific notification items, select the notification type from [Filters] - [Select an item], then click [Search].
The selectable items are as follows:- Device certificate registration error
- User batch registration error
- Provisioning Settings sync error
- User locked out
