Introducing update information for Email Archive Modern.
Update Details
Addition of Single Sign-On Configuration Feature
- Add [Single Sign-On] settings to [General Settings].
- In the [Single Sign-On] settings, you can register up to 2 IdPs (Google / Microsoft Tenant) that can access Email Archive Modern.
- To add or delete an IdP, you need the "View / Edit" role in [User Settings] - [User Permissions] - [General Settings].
- Users of the IdP to be added must be registered as users of Email Archive Modern in advance from [User Settings].
- It is possible to add IdPs that do not have an email archive.
Add IdP
- Register users who will log in with the new IdP to Email Archive Modern from [User Settings].
Create [Email Archive Modern] User -
Press [Add IdP] in [General Settings] - [Single Sign-On] and select the IdP (Google / Microsoft) to add.
- When the Google / Microsoft login screen appears, log in with the user registered in step 1 above.

A new IdP will be added to the [Single Sign-On] screen.
- From then on, users under the added IdP can log in to Email Archive Modern.
※ To log in to Email Archive Modern, user registration in Email Archive Modern is required from [User Settings].
Delete IdP
- Press [Delete] and enter "delete" on the [Do you want to delete this IdP?] screen.

Press [Delete] to complete the deletion.
- From then on, users under the deleted IdP will no longer be able to log in to Email Archive Modern.
