I do not know my Login ID or Password for the HENNGE One Customer Portal.
Please tell me how to resolve this.
Answer
The solutions differ depending on whether you have forgotten your Login ID or Password.
If you do not know (forgot) your Login ID
Please check if you have received the account creation notification email for the Customer Portal.
The Login ID is listed in the body of the following email (third line from the top) that was sent previously.
Email subject:
[HENNGE One Customer Portal] Account Creation Notice / Your Account is Ready for ActivationIf you cannot find the above email, please contact us using the following form.

If you have forgotten both your Login ID and Password, please confirm your Login ID using the above form, and after obtaining your Login ID, follow the steps in If you do not know (forgot) your Password to reset your password from the login screen.
If you are unable to log in because the email address registered in the Customer Portal is no longer available due to a change of operator, and you cannot reset your password, and you wish to change the Notification Address, please also contact us using the above "Login ID Inquiry Form".
If you do not know (forgot) your Password
You can reset your password from the HENNGE One Customer Portal login screen.

Click "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the HENNGE One Customer Portal login screen.

Enter your HENNGE One Customer Portal Login ID and click [Reset].
The screen will transition, and you will see a confirmation that the email has been sent. - Click the password reset URL provided in the email titled "[HENNGE One Customer Portal] Password Reset Notice" to open the password reset page.

Click "Reset Password".

The Enter Verification Code screen will open. Enter the Security Code.
* The Security Code will be sent to the email address registered at the time of account creation.
The subject and sender address of the Security Code notification email are as follows.
Subject: [HENNGE One Customer Portal] Verification Code for Login
Sender address: no-reply+hennge-one-portal@hennge.com -
Enter your New Password and click [Change Password].
