Please tell me the cause and how to resolve this issue.

Please check the following. If the issue persists, contact HENNGE One Technical Support.
- Check if the email has been delivered to your spam or junk mail folder.
- Verify that there are no mistakes in the email address you entered.
- If your Customer Portal ID has not been issued, you will not receive a password reset email.
