Purpose
- This document explains the procedure to change the period for storing emails in Email Archive.

- Administrator privileges for Email Archive are required to confirm the actual screen and modify settings.

[Email Archive Modern] How to Access the Administration
Procedure

Access [Settings] - [Archive Period Settings] from the Email Archive Administration.

Click [Change Backup Period].

Read the notes carefully and confirm there are no issues.
Then, set the [Backup Period] and click [Apply]. -
A confirmation popup will appear, so after confirming the notes, enter the string and click [Apply].

Return to the initial screen and confirm that "Changes To Be Applied" is displayed.
※ If there is an error in the settings, click [Cancel Planned Change] to cancel the change, and then set it again from the beginning.
