Overview
This article introduces update information for Email DLP.
Secure Download for Box Feature Improvements (Policy Creation)
With Secure Download for Box, you can now configure policies for specific senders and recipients.
Just like Secure Download, you can create Secure Download Types by specifying Link Validity Period, Time Zone, and Link Sharing, and apply them as Secure Download Policies for specific senders and recipients.
Additionally, for Secure Download for Box, you can also create templates to customize the text inserted into the message body.
This allows you to apply different policy settings for each sender and recipient when using Secure Download for Box.
For customers already using Secure Download for Box, policies equivalent to your existing ones have already been configured. There is no need to customize them again, so please rest assured.
