Purpose
This article explains the overview of the feature that syncs group information configured in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace with Email DLP.
Content
Email DLP can sync group information configured in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace (hereafter referred to as groupware), and create address groups based on that information.
By creating filters using address groups that utilize this feature, any changes made on the groupware side will be automatically reflected in Email DLP. This allows admins to centralize user management on the groupware side and simplify filter operations.
