Admins using Access Control
Purpose
This article explains the procedure to migrate the current login screen to the new login screen.

Notes
- When you migrate the login screen, the information required for users to log in will change.
Therefore, please inform users in advance of the following points.- Image of the login procedure using the new login screen

New URL: https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/ - Each user's login ID
* Instead of the username previously entered, users will now need to enter a login ID in email address format.

- If you have registered FQDNs (URLs) on the allowlist of your proxy server or firewall, you need to allow communication from the FQDNs listed in the following article.

To prevent communication from being blocked and to ensure you can log in, please check the latest information and take the necessary actions. - If you are using a Chromebook, you need to add settings via the Google Workspace Admin Console. Please refer to the article below for details.

Procedure
Login Screen Migration Procedure

From the Access Control Administration, go to [System] – [Domain Settings].

From the [Login] tab's [Authentication Methods], change the login method to "Login ID" and click [Save Changes].

The confirmation screen will be displayed. Click [Confirm].

Take note of the login ID for the users who will test the new login screen.
This will be required for login on the new screen.
Procedure to Confirm the New Login Method After Migration
- Access the new login screen.

Enter your login ID and click [Next].

On the "Keep me signed in?" screen, select your preferred option.
* If you click "Yes," your authentication information will be saved in the browser, making future logins easier. - The certificate selection screen will be displayed.
- If a certificate is required by the access policy: Select the HENNGE certificate.

If a certificate is not required by the access policy: Proceed without selecting a certificate by clicking "Cancel" or similar.
* The certificate selection screen may vary depending on the browser.

On the password entry screen, enter your password and click [Next].
- If you can log in without any issues, the process is complete.
